Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital service

GharVaastu provides digital Vaastu reports, tools, and expert consultations. As reports and premium tools are delivered instantly online, please review the plan details and try the free report before purchasing a paid plan.

2. Standard plan (₹499)

• If you have not yet generated any paid report after purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days.
• Once a paid report or premium tool has been used, the digital service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
• If you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error, we will fix it or issue a full refund.

3. Expert Consultation plan (₹1,499)

• Includes a 1-hour 1-on-1 online video call with a senior certified Vaastu advisor and 1 month of access to premium app tools from the purchase date.
• You may cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled video consultation.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or a missed appointment, are non-refundable (you may reschedule once, subject to availability).
• If the expert is unable to attend, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund.

4. How to request a refund

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
