Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital service

GharVaastu provides free digital Vaastu reports and tools, plus an optional paid expert consultation. Free tools do not create a payment or refund claim. Please review the consultation details before booking.

2. Expert Consultation (₹1,499)

• Includes a 1-hour 1-on-1 online video call with a GharVaastu Vaastu advisor. All Studio tools are free separately.
• You may cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled video consultation.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or a missed appointment, are non-refundable (you may reschedule once, subject to availability).
• If the expert is unable to attend, you will be offered a new slot or a full refund.

3. How to request a refund

Email contact@gharvaastu.com or WhatsApp/Call +91 91605 66883 with your name, phone number, and payment reference. We respond within 3 business days.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
