How we protect it
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on all pages
- No customer password or account is required
- Floor plans are processed by AI and may be stored with the private report
- You can request deletion of a report anytime

1. Who We Are
GharVaastu ("we", "us") is a complete Vaastu platform for homes across India. We help homeowners, buyers, and professionals evaluate property layouts.
2. Information We Collect
- Property data: address, city, property type, facing direction, floor number, notes
- Floor plans: images you upload to generate a report
- Contact data: name, email, and phone only when you contact us or request an expert consultation
- Payment data: processed by Razorpay, we receive order IDs, not card numbers
- Usage data: pages visited, reports generated, referral links, and campaign source (for improving the service)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Generate Vaastu analysis reports
- Create a private report link and save a copy in your browser
- Process expert consultation payments and booking requests
- Reply to support, privacy, and consultation requests
- Improve AI analysis accuracy
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
- OpenAI: processes floor plan images and chat questions for analysis
- Google Maps: address autocomplete and location (if enabled)
- Razorpay: payment processing
- Google Analytics: consent-based, aggregated usage and acquisition measurement
- Hosting provider: stores encrypted database backups
5. Data Retention
A report copy is saved in your browser until you clear site data. Server-held report links and floor plans may be deleted after 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing contact@gharvaastu.com with the report link or reference.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at contact@gharvaastu.com. We respond within 7 business days where practicable.
7. Grievance redressal
For complaints about content, conduct, payments, or data on our platform, contact our Grievance Officer: GharVaastu Support at contact@gharvaastu.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
