1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GharVaastu ("we", "us", the "Service"), a Vaastu guidance platform for homes across India, operated in compliance with applicable laws of India including the Information Technology Act, 2000. By generating a report or purchasing a consultation, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
2. What we provide
- AI-assisted Vaastu analysis of the floor plan and details you provide.
- Room-wise scores, directional placement guidance, colours, and remedies.
- Free Studio tools and an optional one-hour expert video consultation for ₹1,499.
3. Disclaimer, read carefully
Vaastu guidance is informational and traditional only. We do not guarantee any outcome. Full details are in our Disclaimer page, which forms part of these terms. Do not rely on reports alone for construction, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate property and contact information.
- Private report links should be shared only with people you trust.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to purchase a consultation.
5. Consultation payments
- All Studio tools are free. The optional expert video consultation costs ₹1,499.
- The consultation price is shown in Indian Rupees on our expert page.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to hack, overload, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer it, or uploading content you do not have the right to share.
7. Grievance Officer

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GharVaastu is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
