1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GharVaastu ("we", "us", the "Service"), a Vaastu guidance platform for Indian homes, operated in compliance with applicable laws of India including the Information Technology Act, 2000. By creating an account, generating a report, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
2. What we provide
- AI-assisted Vaastu analysis of the floor plan and details you provide.
- Room-wise scores, directional placement guidance, colours, and remedies.
- Premium tools and, on the Expert Consultation plan (₹1,499 for 1 month), a 1-hour 1-on-1 video call with a certified Vaastu advisor plus 1 month of premium app access.
3. Disclaimer, read carefully
Vaastu guidance is informational and traditional only. We do not guarantee any outcome. Full details are in our Disclaimer page, which forms part of these terms. Do not rely on reports alone for construction, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to purchase a plan.
5. Plans & payments
- The free plan includes one report. Paid plans unlock more reports and premium tools.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to hack, overload, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer it, or uploading content you do not have the right to share.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GharVaastu is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
